Cycle for Autism is a fundraising challenge to cycle 10km, 80km or set your own distance during the Cycle for Autism challenge week Friday 7 July to Friday 14 July

Cycle for Autism is a virtual event that means you can do it at your own pace, in your own time. There are no organised events to attend.  

You can go solo, or cycle in a team it's up to you! 

As part of the registration process you will create your very own online fundraising page.  Simply follow the straightforward instructions, upload a photo, tell your story and ta-dah! Your fundraising page will be ready to share!

When you have raised your first £20 on your fundraising page, we will send you a FREE Cycle for Autism T-shirt that you can wear with pride on your Cycle for Autism rides.

Counting your kilometres

Use your phone to count your kilometres or search 'free cycle ride tracker' in your app store. You can then manually add the KMs to your page. Alternatively use MapMyFitness, Garmin or Fitbit to connect to your fundraising page.

Cycling 10km (which is approx 6.4 miles) will take between 45 minutes to an hour at a leisurely speed.  If using a flat route and you are a confident cyclist you may be able to ride this distance in a speedy 30 minutes! However what's the rush? Take your time Cycle for Autism ride.

If 10km or 80km is not enough of a challenge for you? You can always set your own distance on your fundraising page.
